NOW is having significant problems finding money. There are rumours that Manston is either going to be a 2nd base or a replacement for Luton, however at the moment neither are looking likely to ever materialise.

Erm, this is the first NEW Air Malta A320, they were one of the types first operators, currently operating one of the oldest fleets of the type.

The 146 was noisier than some of the props that came in before it to City, and the people living around it make (Or made) a big fuss when it came about I believe. Like a mini JFK + Concorde.
BTW I was just outlining the reasons why a 737 couldn’t get in for anybody wondering. My eyesite is bad but not that bad! 😉

London City. It wouldn’t be allowed to land there as it is not certified for the steep approach and it makes FAR too much noise. They don’t even like the 146 operating in there it makes “so much” noise.
