    is there eny Tu-126s left intact today ??????.

    Am afraid not. The last one was scrapped somewhere in the mid-nineties…

    By the way, for those REALLY interested, a book about the Tu-114 is due in November.

    That leaves just the Monino example (and Ulyanovsk)………..

    Well, it leaves three examples (there’s one at Krivoy Rog) plus a Tu-116 (with a Tu95 fuselage, also at Ulyanovsk.)

    Actually TWO Tu-114s are/were scrapped this summer:

    for the Vnukovo example which also succumbed to the axeman, last June…

    The Vnukovo Tu-104 “CCCP-L5412” was scrapped earlier this year and apparently replaced by TU-104 “CCCP-42507”.
    But, the “new Tu-104” had the registration of the OLD Tu-104 painted on…
    So, there is still a “CCCP-L5412” near Vnukovo.
    Sorry, no construction numbers available at this stage…
