May they rest in peace and their efforts not go in vain! My deepest condolences to their loved one!

Normal Carling yes but Carling Premier is a fine pint 😀

No matter what type of Carling it may be, it all tastes the same and I find it to be close to a warm cup of p**s!

Shadow1, they are not primma donnas, they just know how to take full advantage of the game, especially the deficiencies in the refereing system ( I think another referee is needed, and also tv recordings should be used to evaluate the more polemic plays).

Shevshenko overrated ? Nahh, he’s probably the best striker out there at the moment, look at what he has done in all those years in AC Milan 🙂

I think that many will agree with my analogy in describing Italian players. Prima Donnas might actually be too light a description.

And as to you saying that Shevshenko being the best striker in the game today, I would disagree greatly. I think of Drogba, Henry, Trezeguet, Rossi, Raul, C. Ronaldo, Ronaldo and a bunch of others being far better than him any day of the week. He is good but not that great!

All of this is great! It means that in a few years, I’ll be able to take a close look at all of this stuff at the London Internation Airshow and Balloon Fest. Still have yet to see one of those lovely CH-149 Cormorants, I saw a quick glimpse of one as it flew past the cottage where I was having a few wobleys!

The worst part is, you would figure the refs would be onto them by now as this type of whining and crying has been around for as long as I can remember. The Italians are nothing more than a bunch of prima donnas. They never should have won that match and they knew it. How I would like to sit with the ref to find out what possessed him to make that call. That was a crime and I would like to see the Australian contingent file an official complaint. That was a crock of ****!

Having not seen the Portugal-Netherlands game, I seem to have missed a fair bit of controversy. I will have to hope I will be able to see a late replay of the game later tonight.
