Well Stella is indeed overrated. The beer is OK though, for I pay 1 euro a beer here in my university town. But to pay 8 dollars in some fancy bar in New York is your own responsability. But like any other beer you get used to the taste and for me it’s fine, though you don’t hear me yelling Belgian beer is the best. It’s OK, but after a while it tastes like p°ss too. I’m not very fond of the “beer snobs”. Beer itself is not meant to be discussed, it’s meant to make discussing more attractive 😀

Actually, I should have mentioned that it was eight dollars Canadian which turns out to be about five American. Still, that’s still quite a bit of dough for a simple pint! 😀

Heineken has to be the one I enjoy the most but considering we pay almost eight buck for a pint in most places that serves it, I only have a couple and then switch to Budweiser! These are the only two beers I will primarily consume although I never say no to trying a new one.

Any of you happy families out there planning a little bundle of joy for next summer may wish to “tie a knot in it” around early October or risk the chance of having this birth date 6/6/6, on little Damien’s birth certificate (6th of June 2006) 😮 😮 😮

That’s a funny one! Thanks for the warning!! 😀 😀

I also havent had Mc donalds for quite some time however my reasons are different – for availability of better fast food.! Id take wendys, rallys burgers and inn out(on da west coast) anyday over Mc donalds ( they still know how to make the best fries though),

Agreed on the fact that there are better fast food joints out there! I’d rather have Taco Bell or Burger King even over McDonald’s! 😀

Nice shots again. I really like all of them and am especially keen on the belly of the Emirates A340. Is the logo on all of their aircraft is this a new trend?

I do remember reading something about that when Emirates signed their acquisition contracts for their T7-300ER. All new builds would have the Emirates logo painted on the aircraft’s belly prior to delivery!

The latest news is that North Korea will not relinquish its nuclear weapons program until it gets a guarantee that the US and its allies will supply them with civilian nuclear powerplants!
And I thought it would take Kim Il Jong a couple of weeks to pull back on his word. I should have known better! Well, let’s see how long this will take to resolve! 😡

I’ve gotten sick more often from eating McDonalds than I have any other fast food. I can’t say for sure that it is in fact the food they serve, but for some odd reason, my body reacts to McDonalds each time. I should mention that it is the only fast food I react to as I do enjoy making a run for the border from time to time. Others such as Burger King, Dairy Queen and Arby’s have no effect om me at all. Strange but because of this I have not had McDonalds in a few years now!

I have a rule: If your portrait is plastered all over the nation you
ruled over, in every possible public place, chances are that you were
a corrupt, meglomanical dictator that ruled by fear, and caused lots
    of bad to happen.

If your picture is plastered all over your nation, an dyou’re STILL
RULING it, you’re even more evil and corrupt. (bonus points if
your picture is on the money!!!)

If it is a crime to NOT have your picture plastered all over every
home and building…you’re even worse – you’re Kim Jong Il.

Take a ride all over Washington D.C.. You don’t see half as many
statues and portraits of the presidents as you do of Mao, Kim Jong
Il or Saddam as you did in their countries.

You couldn’t have put it better!

Great shots all around! Just wondering, however, how many A345s Emirates have in their fleet?
