    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-514630/Pedigrees-chum-Meet-man-M-S-tests-pets-ready-meals.html Yes they do still taste test pet foods,they had about 12 tables there with full time testers when I worked there in 1984.,where they were from I do not know,it was avery specialised job believe it or not.I have made curries with dog food when I was a student based on what I saw,never made me Ill and it tasted really nice.I also had heathy gums and a lovely shiney hair,but the car chasing became a problem.

    you`re right PD,dog and cat food is also fit for human consumption.I worked at pedigree petfoods years ago and was amazed to see people sat at testing tables eating cat and dog food.

    I think everything in my freezer has a Co-Op reduced sticker on 🙂
    Its even cheaper to eat, by just going round to my girlfiends 😀

    I buy large cans of dog food from Lidls as it`s far cheaper than cat food..as long as i remove the label, my cats love it !!.
