    Wish I got the complete 3 bladed German Prop that was lying in the boatyard at Westbay Dorset..picked up by scrappies the day before I went down again with the van.

    My Woman is ten years younger than me,very sexually demanding,an excellent cook who does steak and chips 7 days a week,has her own micro brewery,likes me to go out with my friends and never gripes,picks me up from the pub if I`ve supped too much and wakes me up with a mug of tea and full English at about 11 a.m……………If Carlsberg made women…………………..I Wish !!!!!!!!!!!

    Its The DF loop Controller to go with a Type E2 indicator..only ever seen them fitted in Halibags and early Stirlings…painted black.

    Finding my youngest had got the camera to PC lead and wrapped it in newspaper as a christmas pressie…………………..and the wife had thrown the newspaper on the fire!!!!

    Reading all your comments you`ve obviously gone for the High Maintenance models..there`s only one rule in this house as far as the wife is concerned..no aircraft stuff in the Living or Dining Rooms.At first it was all `War Crap` and `Aerojunk` until I flogged a TR9 radio and replaced her flagging car !!!She changed the water pump on my Landy in the freezing cold the other week too!! she`s a Diamond my Missus !!!

    The nice Stirling Pilots Escape Hatch..should have bought it,should have bought it oooooo,The Original Pilots instrument Panel,got photos of it the day after it went….

    If the Stirling Project gets the nose done Mark there is a wing centre section and tail section in store at the RAF museum.There are two sections one in France the other Holland that fit between the wing section and tail…theoretically a complete fuselage if the nose is constructed.

    My Great Uncle was with the Royal Canadian Regt and was killed at Dieppe aged just 19.I was told that his Regt. was based in Hastings…where the Beauport caravan site is now on the Rye Road.
