Very nice shots, all of them! I see in the last (cut-up) MYT shot, from February, the aircraft has a US-reg. Any reason? Which aircraft was it before it left MYT?
Nice shots there, have to love the red arrows and also that close-up from underneath the EZY319.
Very nice shots, just wish we had more of the World Tails around.
Nice shots, I was lucky to enough to see the first SAA display at Duxford last year. Simply amazing, especially the touch-and-go on a wet runway 😀
Don’t worry about the quality mate, they’re fine to me! We all get used to having to see them compressed anyway. Looks like a nice camera, I really want to upgrade to something much more professional, but I don’t have a hope in hell of being able to afford a DSLR. Will have to stick with the £200 jobbie in the mean time 🙁
Very nice shots, another GLA photographer! What camera are you using there?
Fantastic shots there, all of them are brilliant! Especially like the first one of the A346, and the Qatar. What camera are you using, 10D or something similar?
Argh Allen I want that DL MD-11! I was lucky enough to fly on N813DE from LGW-ATL back in February 2002. To be honest with you I didn’t realise it was the only one to make the new colours, but I’m aware now 😀
Actually looks like G-BUSE was with BA from the start, however BUSB and BUSC were with Bcal before hand. BUSB was msn # 6, one of the very first A320’s to be delivered back in 1989.
1) I think the smallest I have seen are CRJ’s of Lufthansa Cityline and Air Nostrum. Also the occasional ERJ of Air France Regional and Bmi Commuter.
2) I flew on the 767 from FRA the other month. Think they also operate to Manchester, Madrid, and even Edinburgh. Sure there are many others, but those just to name a few.
3) The ones without winglets are A320-100’s, the first type of A320 to come off the line. Not sure about their background as to whether they come from Bcal or not.
You have some nice shots there, what camera are you using? There is a bit of grain in them, which could be suggested by a low pixel capability, high ISO in the dark weather or digital zoom. Or a combination of any, and many other factors!
Nice shots both of you, good to see a comparison between the D70 and the 10D. I think the D70 was supposedly competition for the 300D, but are both quite similar by the looks of things.
Very nice Andy, love the close-ups on the 744 and the KLM F70! Shame not many of the charters were there on Friday, was the Jet2 there yesterday?
Very nice shots Andy, you’re very lucky to have got atleast some sun in those shots. Friday was terrible 🙁
Thanks very much, gotta few more here….Sorry about the mark from a rain drop in the VC-10 shot.
