🙁 Damn they are cancelling the Stansted flight. I’ve been waiting to get a pic of them, obviously I will never be able to get one now. Oh well, I’m still waiting for an Air Polonia to come along:D

Love the Ryanair and the biz shot. Is it a Gulf? The light in the Ryanair shot is great. Your EZY shot looks too good, almost like it’s photoshopped.

    I’m sorry!;)

Thanks for the comments, the biz-jet is a Bombardier Global Express. And the Easyjet was one of my lucky ones! It hasn’t been photoshopped at all, I was very pleased at how I got it in the frame, although the quality isn’t all that good.

Thanks for the news Andy, quite a lot going on. Good to hear Air Canada with the Embraer 170/190’s, I hope that the aircraft does well and spreads to the European market more.

I managed to get this one pretty tightly in the frame!

I like this angle! Not sure about the light though. I think this tree gives it a nice Wintery effect.

Yes great pics Kev, thanks for sharing. All weekend it rained, and I just managed to get a while at Stansted yesterday. And then today, the skies are perfect and clear! When I’m at school! Always the way. This was quite a nice visitor.

Nice pics there. Can’t you creep round there at night and take down all the lamp posts?!;)

    Ryanair 737-200? Random guess!

Yes like that! But mind you, with your DSLR’s you can just hold your finger down and take one shot after the other, and so you have a much greater chance of catching it.

Thanks Britannia, now I’m only 65 from getting 1000! Not too bad. Does anyone have a clue with A330’s pic? I was going to say it’s part of an engine of something, as you can see some small writing on the inside of it:confused:

Yes it’s a shame to see that one of their largest (current) operators has now given them up. I was also a fan of the DC-10/MD-11, and most trijets for that matter. I flew on one from Gatwick-Atlanta just under 2 years ago, and it was a very enjoyable flight. I was slighlty disappointed though not to be on the 777, as the MD-11’s enteratinment features were, well, crap really!

😮 The SIA 777 pic. Not only did he capture the aircraft in just the right atmosphere at just the right moment, he caught the aircraft’s beacon aswell! Some photographers really are lucky.

Stunning photo. Are they flying stones and rocks I can see?
