Im going to London on the 16th as well but with college.Hopfully well get some free time.We are flying into STN and taking the Stansted express inot Liverpool ST.How much time would it tkae getting from Liverpool ST to LHR and back as well as 1 or 2 hours spptting time?

STN-Liverpool Street on the Stansted Express usually takes about 47 minutes. Liverpool Street to Hatton Cross (best LHR spotting access) on the tube takes around an 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes.

I think Canon lenses appear to be the best, albeit much more expensive. Sigma can also produce lovely results for a lower price tag, but I think some would still rather stick to Canon.

Yep, I have now seen 10D’s going for £750 since the 20D has been released. But then you could be looking at double that money for a 400mm lense.

There are a number of 2nd hand D30’s and D60’s kicking about, but again the lenses are much more. One day I tell myself!

Fantastic pics, could anyone tell me how Manchester ranks amongst other British airports, i know there has been quite alot of development over the past few years, e.g. a second runway. Surely this has boosted its capacity.

Manchester is currently in 3rd place in terms of pax numbers in the UK, handling around 24 million annualy (?)

Stansted however seems to be catching up with around 21-22 million, although it’ll only take a burst in the lo-co bubble to bring this down.

Kind of resembles that orange livery….trying to think of the airline. Adamair? Think it was the same guy who did the Tahiti Nui livery aswell..

Thanks very much, greatly appreciated. I have just found my next trip once I have the money……STN-CGN rtn on Germanwings for around £26 inc taxes. Anyone else used them or been to CGN? If I get flights this winter, looks like I could get a chance on the 717 they are leasing 😀
