Martinair MD-11?
wow, thanks added to my favourites 🙂
Bristol had a good one but I have not been able to get it to work for over a year now 🙁
I was just about to mention that one too, shame. They even had an apron thing, showing a plan of what was parked where.

Very good photos and an interesting report. FLS do a huge amount of 146 maintenance at STN still, BA is a very big customer at the moment.
Therefore they need tug drivers, and so my dad’s redundancy should not have been allowed!
Great report and nice pics, shall look forward to the return leg.
Excellent! Weather a bit chilly? 😉
It certainly seems that way 😀

Lovely set of shots there, DUS certainly looks great for variety and photography. Another one to add to the list of ‘must-go’ places 😀

When I saw the title, I immediately thought it was this Classic Airways just mentioned. Had forgotten about them until just now! They were in at Stansted most of the time that they were alive, not much longer than a year I don’t think. A close family friend was an air hostess for them in that period, on the Tristar.

Quite sure it’s an Austrian A320 (number 5). Can’t be Thomas Cook, look at the colour of the engines.
