Bahamas Partenavia P.68C Victor
Not sure if this has been posted before, but here’s a Bahamas Partenavia P.68C Victor with their new roundel. Wish they made a model of this one.
A Couple More From Guinea Bissau
Nice pic !! Gkozak Keep it up !!!:diablo:
Can anyone upload a high-res pic of this Guinea Bissau’s Fresco here?
Guinea Bissau’s C-47s, MiG-17F Fresco
Sorry, no photo of a Guinea Bissau MiG-17F, but here are an An-2 and a Cessna Reims 337- maritime!
Guinea Bissau C-47
A rare example of an aircraft rivaling, if not exceeding, the Alouette III in terms of usage.
Indonesian Army Beaver
Speaking of Indonesia, what a great camo scheme on this Indonesian Army Beaver.
Indonesian Navy
Tons of great Indonesian Navy images:

Not Small Air Forces, But Rather Unusual Nonetheless
An ex-QANTAS RAAF Boeing 707 and a USAF U-9/Aero Commander.
????????
Malta L-39. Did I missed something?
For more nive pictures see here:

What the %*&)??? It’s a Maltese cross, but what is it doing on an L-39? I don’t think it’s military, but if it is, I don’t have a clue. I’ll do some digging.
Not Sure
wow, Peru?:confused: evaluation only I guess.. what year is the pic?
Bulgarian navy panther..
I’m not sure of the year of the Peruvian Galeb picture, but it doesn’t look ancient to me. I’ve done some research, though, and found something interesting. Four G-2 Galebs appeared in the movie “Iron Eagle 3, The Aces” as light jet fighters in service with a South America narco cartel…
Thought So
It’s a fake, gkozak !
It’s a french Alouette from Escadron d’Hélicoptères 1/67 “Parisis”, based at Villacoublay near Paris. You can see the Escadron patche on the sliding door (a black round with a white “Pegase”). You can also see the “Armée de l’Air” logo on the fin !
The roundel was roughly added on the photo !
I thought so. It was passed on to me, but I was suspicious, so I went to the site where it came from, xairforces.com. Here are a few other gems I found.
Thanks
Sorry to disappoint you, but it’s the presidential helicopter of Cameroon (see the colors of the stripes which match the flag)
Thanks for the correction. Should have caught that, especially since I found out that I already had that picture, as Cameroonian and not Burundian!
Burundi Dauphin 2
It’s not an Alouette III, but…
Egypt MiG-15UTI, Croat An-2
Pretty scheme on this An-2.
Equatorial Guinea MiG-17s
Great to finally see a picture of them 😮
The Equatorial Guinean Alouettes had a very particular use. Delivered to Africa’s worst and least known madman Macias Nguema both of them crashed shortly after they were received. Strangely both at that time had rivals of Nguema on board (this comes from a reliable source). Not the cheapest way of killing opponents. This guy was on drugs so everything’s possible. If I remember correctly he got them for free or at least very cheap suring a French attempt to gain influence there. In the end he opted for Cuba and the Soviet Union.
There are reports EG later on received few MiG-17s but “Africa’s Ausschwitz” as one diplomat called was so extremely degenerated by the late 1970s I doubt they could have operated such toys, even with foreign help.
Yes, I have also heard of two MiG-17s, natural metal, with flags on their fins and red bort numbers on their noses. Would love to get pictures of them. If I had those images and something from Bhutan, I could die happy.
Burundi Alouette III?
Is this a real, or a faked Burundi Alouette III? Also, I’ve attached another image of an Alouette III from Singapore. I might have posted this one before, but, here it is again if so. I never imagined this helicopter was used so widely.
Where Did You Find Them?
Seeing you bringing that issue up once again, I have no wonder how you’re deeply attached to minor, exotic air arms like Bhutanese one. :diablo:
Why don’t you ask around some of webmasters running Indian AF themed websites on internet? That should be the fastest way to get anything that is Bhutanese. since they’re heavily dependent on India militarily.
Who knows? they’d dig up some interesting article published in Indian AF magazine, blazing the Indian AF feat of donating a second-hand Do-228 to the Kingdom of Bhutan.:dev2:
Nepalese Y-5 biplane, IL-14 Crate, Mi-4P Hound
One of Percival C.66 Pembrokes formerly with ZAF turned into scrap metal at Livingston IAP
Nigerian L-29 Delfin, Piaggio P-149D
Ugandan Police Air Wing (Westland Scout)
Egyptian Alpha Jet MS.2, Yak-11
Where in the heck did you find these? The Nepalese images and the Zambian Pembroke are especially wonderful. The Uganda Scout is fantastic, too. I just wish the Pembroke were in better shape!
Two Peruvian Queen Airs and a Cambodian Super King Air.
