    In 1998 I did 2 weeks work experience with Multiflight at Leeds/Bradford. For people not familiar with Multiflight, they operate a flying school and charter out some biz jets. They have a Falcon 900B, the one used by Sir Frank Williams the Formula 1 team boss. They also do engineering work on aircraft for a number of customers.

    Because of my age, I couldn’t do much. I found myself taking panels off aircraft for inspection.. and then putting them back on. I didn’t mind it… I was around aircraft. 🙂

    While I was there, a British Aiways BAe Jetstream 41 landed with a cracked windscreen… so Multiflight had to fix it… and so one of the engineers took me onboard… we found where the sweets for take off were… and helped ourselves to a few of them. 🙂

    The company were in a bit of a quiet spell… so I ended up watching a bit of the World Cup… which was nice!!

    This year hasn’t been too bad actually… I’ve started uni… made new friends… got new challenges… and am looking forward to the summer holidays… although when they get here I know I’ll be bored stiff!

    Don’t think so… the A330 doesn’t have that small winglet below the wing like the MD-11 does.

    I must say, when I saw a Jeep up close, I was amazed at how small it was!! It also seemed to be quick off the mark at low speeds.

    Is the Humvee a better off roader then the Jeep?
