From what I have seen of human bones that have been buried I’d say that there should be remains of the crew still there. I think it highly unlikely that the clothing and maps would last longer than bone or teeth.
A quick then and now post. The first one was taken 25/7/93 with the late Mark Hanna at the controls, the second on friday afternoon at more or less the same point apart from a slightly different viewpoint.
Quite a good display today, thought the Aerostars were good. Just a shame about Classic Wings Rapide’s engine fire and burnt wing. And also traffic getting out was bad, never seen so many people stay until the end as they did today.
