I think one inportant thing is that we are all behind spain and support them at this time,I figure the only way to beat these Terrorists is to be united.

Yet we’ve already managed to start a discussion about who is or isn’t to blame? Spare a thought for those who have died and those who are yet to die, for their families, for the wounded, the rescuers. It is easy for us to apportion blame, especially those of us who have no connections with Spain, we can make ill-judged comments about who it was or might have been.

What started as a well intentioned news thread is already on the way to becoming a post-mortem, even before all those who will die as a result of this tragedy have given up the fight.

Kev i see what you mean, but i also feel its not wrong to ask who is to blame, this is no accident this is intentional murder and its fair to want to know who did it and it is eventually part of the grieving process,A friend of mine has hurt by a IRA attack and at the time we very much wanted to know who the scumbag was who planted the bomb,A lot of people won’t be going home tonight or any night thats a lot of families torn apart kids losing parents etc,Its fair to want to know who did it surely.

Speed king Donald Campbell was the 7th to be done when the show was originally done by the BBC. I was at a gathering in the Lake District a couple of years ago and his daughter Gina brought the red book along for us to see, along with other personal items. She told us that the 1st 15 shows went out live and were never recorded so she has never been able to see the show.

Would love to see Ray on there maybe it could happen,Do they still do This is your life?

RIP to all who lost there lives in yet another evil terror attack,186 innocent people lost so far,I do wonder if its ETA working (if they involved) alone or something even more sinister like a pact with Al queda(or al queda alone?) it just does not seem to have all ETAs hallmarks and is larger than there normal attacks,So far parties involved with ETA are denying its them also unusual in my view they are pointing at “Arab Resistance” elements,Either way it show Terrorism is always there and these groups are very able to kill huge amount of us in one go.

It would seem that there has been a problem with the CAA in the UK with both the P40 & LA9, and as they are regestered in NZ I guess that it was inevitable that they wouls ‘go home’
Shame about the Corsair though, that could have stayed here.

My feeling is though that the OFMC will carry on and, hopefully go from strength to strength and maybe expand the UK fleet.

I wish Ray a very happy retirement, (he will be missed) and many years of continued succsess to the OFMC.

I half expected Ray to retire last year but i got a feeling he will fly for another season and retire then,I guess he would love to fly MH434 again here in the UK,Lets just see what he says this year.
I Wish him the best in the world when he retires he is a amazing man and he started my love of Airshows,He will be missed but at least he has passed on his love of Aircraft to say many people in his years at shows.
I expect the OFMC will carry on as well and hope exciting times will be ahead for them.
