Get well soon to both involved.
The photograph I took in in my reply at #10 was taken at 1653, the Hurricane landed at 1701 so it was during the display as Mike J says.
The hole can be seen in this shot I took during the display

I really like the idea and feel its a great way to show how aircraft design varies so much underneath the skin.
Fore me R-Robert is a truly fantastic restoration and for me the half naked thing gives it life that many other museum aircraft do not have.
Get well soon Jim, this forum needs you.
I wonder if the Friedkin’s own her will she be at least based at Biggin Hill temporarily. She is due to be one of the stars of Shoreham airshow and pretty sure read somewhere she is due for Goodwood revival too.
Maybe she stay until end of September if that’s the case.
I am really glad people like them, I recently bought the Canon EF 70-300mm f/4.0-5.6 IS USM Lens and so far feel fairly pleased with it, I have to blame the mistake shots on myself 😀
I really like them, thanks for sharing.
Ah the G59B Lovely aircraft, pretty sure its not been at Legends since around about 2000.
If you read this forum Stephen all I can say is, have a happy retirement Mr Grey and thanks for everything you have done over the years. You and the Fighter collection have brought us the most amazing sights and sounds for many, many years.
I have many fond memories of aircraft I never would of seen flying if not for Stephen’s efforts, so Mr Grey enjoy flying for pleasure and I look forward to seeing you display one last time next weekend.
It’s a serious issue all across London area really.
Here in Croydon a young Romanian man died squatting with three Polish men in a building already 2 and a half years ago.

The building as already without a roof and the men were “Sheltering” in the basement. Also Marble arch is a constant camp sight recently. Our government as with everything else have no grip on these situations.
