I wasn’t aware of that at all Jim, Glad you like the photos.
Its hard to explain but I have been fascinated by these cliffs since I first saw them as a child on a ferry from Newhaven to Dieppe. They are one of this countries most beautiful natural wonders, somehow timeless yet always changing.

I can not mourn the demise of Margaret Thatcher, nor would I want to preach any hate about her online or anywhere else.
I do feel a lot of the problems we have today stem from her policies then and she harmed the country with some of her actions.

However history should see her as the first and so far only female PM the UK has had and its impossible to deny that she was a true leader and not a shower of s*** like we have in power now. In the future Cameron, Brown and Blair will be pretty much be forgotten that’s one thing Margaret Thatcher will never ever be.

I’m not surprised really Lincoln 7, I feel it will be a struggle for farmers this year and the effects of that will show in the shops in a big way.

I am glad people like the photos,Its been a sufferable winter for sure, Here in South London we have signs of spring in these flowers. We just need the temperatures now and I hope this weather has not ruined the crops for 2013.

The big question, which one is the biggest crook?

Barclays have been fined heavily for malpractice yet the fat cats still pick up their obscene bonus’ as if it is their right and privilege.

I was slightly surprised to see Ronnie Biggs is still with us, but boy does he look ill.
The bankers are far more the crooks I think as I see it as Biggs is really only committed one big robbery which ultimately led to one poor mans death, where as Ricci and his clan are still robbing people everyday and ruined far more lives.

So maybe Biggs has the notoriety but these bankers have probably taken far more and probably done far more damage.

I think the other active one in the UK at the moment is DH83 FOX MOTH G-ACEJ made an appearance at Duxford’s Jubilee airshow in May last year. Managed to catch her departing in formation with DH82 G-ADIA.

Very sad to hear of him passing, I grew up with Are you being served and still feel very fond of the show. He was a great comic actor and part of a fine cast. Maybe he never was a huge star but he will be fondly remembered by many and 92 is a pretty fine age to bail out.

As to other supporting actors/actresses I would go with,

Sue Pollard- she lights up the screen with a mad energy in all the things she has done.
Annette Crosby- One foot in the Grave Victor’s wife Margaret

    of the men
John Chalis- Boycie in Only Fools and Horses
Roger Lloyd Pack- Trigger in Only Fools and Horses
and the one who I always wonder what would of became is the late great Richard Beckinsale in Porridge and Rising damp he often stole the show.
