if you can amend the constitution to bestow a right, surely it can also be amended to take that right away for the greater good?
Usually they reply that you can only remove the gun from their cold, dead hand. That can be taken as after they have been gunned down by the police, maybe at the scene of a mass shooting.
That is what I have heard during interview, many more times than I can count.
Yes, little old naive me again…
Once more with this thing about ‘interview’ (an interview? The interview? Or just the voices in your head?) that you say you’ve heard; does anyone else have a hotline to this fabled ‘interview’, or at least one that was not made up by the Mail, Fascist Today or Voice of Ukip Weekly? (Unacceptable content removed, be warned not to repeat personal attacks. Moggy)

Over supply? Listen to the employers who say the locals will not take the jobs!

No I didn’t. I was interested on principle that anyone connected, however remotely should be restricted if for no other reason `politics`.
It’s a little disconcerting to hear that name on your doorstep.
I once flew over Libya, worked in America with people whose ancestors fought against Britain, and used to have a neighbour who was Irish – is any of that remote enough?

Do you beiieve that these millions or, any significant percentage, will be economically productive ?
They should be because because if the continuous reports from our liberal elites are to be believed, these economic migrants are all either doctors or engineers or mathematicians or working in some worthwhile profession who are all ready, willing and able to teach the ignorant Brits how to run their country.
Please wipe the spittle off your screen, you’ve been getting over excited and started making obvious mistakes again. And lots of these migrants work in low paid positions such as cleaners or crop pickers – the kind of jobs which many unemployed Britons still regard as being beneath them.
The migrants that I’ve heard being interviewed couldn’t speak English but, to a man, know their way to the nearest benefits office.
I’m sure that is exactly how it is. Not something you wished to happen in every interview you’ve heard. And everyone else has heard exactly the same thing in interviews with migrants too.
Just one question: what languages do you speak or understand so that you know that that is what they are saying?[/dripping-sarcasm]

It is a French problem, isn’t it? They are in France, the ‘refugees’ are in France, the track and tunnel are private property and, I’d imagine, they have adequate security on site.
Could always get Farage down there to talk them into calling off their attempts to storm the barricades.

You sound like you are going to Eastbourne for a reason, otherwise it might be worth choosing a wet Wednesday in November…

Can we get back to the subject as defined by the original poster? Otherwise it is putting revolting images into my – and I suspect others too – mind.
