There may be a case for that but in this event it is more the fact that you could see this being one of the ‘incidents’ in Drop the Dead Donkey – remember that? There have been comparisons with Brass Eye or The Day Today (don’t know, never saw either) but can you imagine being in that church, noticing a man in a suit come in, loudly, usually, look around whilst they are are going through their medieval rituals before leaving -loudly again – and later you hear that this git has announced on TV he could have killed you if he had been a terrorist. This is not newsgathering, it is comical satire. That man is not reporting, he is having a laugh at his audience.
