22 AGM-65? Yeah right.
“The first YF-26 STALMA Prototype Air Vehicle (YF-26 PAV-1) is scheduled for roll-out in 2005, augmented by a second prototype (YF-26 PAV-2) in 2006, and ten Production Representative Test Vehicles (PRTVs).”
Guess we’ll find out next year.
Or, barring that, you can just look at their office 😀
common it is only the entrance to the high tech bunker which is filled with highly advanced robots 😀 just kidding the link sounded like crap 😉
Actually, the rear of the F-101 looked very different with the high tailplanes. The setting of the cockpit and the nose of the F3H Demon certainly show the lines from which the F-4 came about.
I do agree that the similar looks don’t mean copied from the same design. But if Flex is pressing for the F-2’s relations to the Jaguar then it is also reasonable to look at the Jaguar’s likeness to the F-4.
The downward canted tailplanes of the F-4 was unique during its time and came before the Jaguar’s.
The SH-5 is a pretty rare bird alright. Found only in the subtropical climes of the South China Seas 😀
The f-1 and T-2 were design by ateam led Dr Kenji Ikeda who based the T-2 upon the Sepecat Jaguar E T.Mk 2 trainer
Mitsubishi F-1
Ever heard of the Mitsubishi AAM-5?
And if you want an AIM-120 equivalent, try the AAM-4.
i have but i admmit i have read very little about the programs do you have data to compare them to the J-10 main armament.
I feel the Chinese have an edge simly because they have the best teachers in AAM design Russia and Israel.
but i would like to learn more so could you please post data for F-2 and J-10 armament but i feel the J-10 is superior
Also while China is free to develope what ever she wants, Japan has many restrictions imposed by the US concerning it`s weapons program due to the fact the US does not want China and Japan at the same time as enemies neither allied and with equal weaponry to the american one already China is a security concern for the US
The J-10 may be aerodynamically superior to the F-2, but I’d be skeptical about placing it over the F-2 in terms of avionics, given the highly advanced electronics industry in Japan.
The japanese have certainly an advanced commercial electronics industry, and the F-2 certainly has a very advanced radar but Japan is lagging behind in AAMs and in performance the Chinese have achived the best and Electronics in China
also have good level due to help from Israel and Russia in Radars.
If the US were not helping Japan militarily Japan can not develop very fast a Rafael Python 4 equivalent neither an AIM-9X counterpart.
I talk to US pilots who frecuently fly in Japan about the Su-27/J-11 and they admitted the superiority of the Su-27.
Japan F-2 is too expensive and basicly an F-16, the J-10 is a mini Eurofighter armed to the teeth and certaily the Chinese will adapted with advanced AAMs
There are currently around 7 Asian Fighters, the JH-7A(yes, it’s to be fitted with the same radar as that of J-10 I think), FC-1, J-10, LCA(in development), Ching Quo, F/A-50(in development) and F-2. Out of all of these, the F-2 is probably the most capable technologically because of it’s avionics and rather the most expensive. In the future, these are bound to face each other. LCA vs FC-1, J-10/JH-7A vs Ching Quo and possibly F-2 and F/A-50.
certaily the F-2 will face the J-10 since the japanese are developing a new military doctrine towards China in response to China`s increasing military build up.
for what i know the the J-10 is only bested by the F-22, Su-37, F-35, Eurofighter and Rafale and already in an equal of the F-15, MiG-29 and F-16
(perhaps only the Israeli F-15 and F-16 are superior to the J-10 and the Greek and EAU F-16
I wound not say the F-2 is more advanced than the J-10 i bet the J-10 is the best fighter in all Asia
cool th 😉 read

That page that put the link to is control by the Cuban Goverment, and he even has airbases where, there are no airport, so is part of Cuban dis-information. Now Cuba only has two airbases that remain opened, with only some 20 Mig active. As far as the embargo, me being Cuban I do agree with you, it should end. However that is not the cause of the cuban problems the problem is Fidel Castro and his politics.
Take care Luis
Fidel`s Cuba is a surrealist dream but undoubtedly he is not as evil as portraited but al old guy who thinks quit anachronic for this age.
The state of the Cuban MiG fleet reflects in fact all the country`s state.
in many ways these two aircraft are similar. Single engine deltas with fixed canards. Primarily a fighter/interceptor design..both of which has been thoroughly modernized.. with the Ja-37D incorporating the Gripen-C’s data link and MFDs as well as AMRAAM-B capability..while KFir C.10 updated with a new Elta pulse dopper radar., supposedly with Derby ability. So what say ye
do you have turn capability?
