That is one hell of a model you have there……….I love the DC3. It’s one of the aircraft I want to build a model of…….that and the Lancaster.

Wouldn’t mind doing a hurricane to come to think of it 😀 😀 😀

    Seriously, it looks magnificent 😉

    I’ll try 😀 😀 😀 Mark 😀

Normally, if I crash one of my aircraft it’s because I’m not used to the handling of it once it’s airborne. If it survives the first flight then it shouldn’t be too bad 😀 😀 😀

In addition to what Steve says above, sometimes water droplets, I believe, have an effect on the aerodynamics of an aircrafts wing and will have an affect on the airflow and therefore “fiddle” with the lift, so to speak (although this is only a guess).

    Hot Shots 1991

Possibly the best film I’ve seen so far. I can’t really think of anything to say besides it is a must see, an absolute classic!!!!! I thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone 😀 😀 😀

Personally chaps, I’m not religious and I never could stand RE (Religious Education) lessons in school.

    BUT

Doesn’t every religion teach us to live together in peace? In my opinion, if the members of every religion abided by their “bibles” teachings (I don’t know all the names for these books) then that would be what we have come to call “world peace”.

Just by looking at some of the posts on this thread I can see that this is not even the case amongst the members of this forum. If WE can’t get along together then how the hell can we judge the rest of the world??????

True, very true………….I’m going to have so much fun with my spitfire 😀 😀 😀

I think I’ll take off and do a quick circuit of the field before bringing her in on finals……….that way I’ve got plenty of fuel left if I have to go round again 😀 😀 😀 Mark 😀 Do that several times and then I should be sorted 😀 😀 😀

I have bought 58 out of the 60……..the last 2 issues mysteriously dissappeared from my newsagents. I’m just going to get the parts I need from the model shop in Hereford anyway so I’m not too worried about it.

It’s just finding the time to do it as is the trouble 😀 😀 😀

I’ll get some Fuel Proofer at the same time 😀 😀 😀
