A re-run of the events of 11th September 2001 is pretty unlikely, given that a key element in the strategy of the terrorist is surprise.

Terrorists are hardly going to be so co-operative as to walk headlong into the heightened security measures in place in today’s air transport sector, are they?

The next outrage (and there will be a next outrage, sadly) will be just as unexpected in nature as the events of that dreadful day were.

Maybe they will walk straight into the security measures……….they would have to to be able to get onboard the aircraft.

Maybe that’s where the element of suprise would come from…….they may think that we don’t expect them to walk into “our trap”.

Surely it is an issue to be considered :confused: …….especially with commercial aviation/shipping because they seem to be amongst the Tagets for hijackers.

Seems to be most sensible option…they are trained to deal with situations such as these, so I personally wouldn’t volunteer to overthrow any would-be hijackers…you just have to admit it, if it is your time to die…your time is up, simple as!

Please note, this is my own personal opinion, I do not wish it to influence anyone else’s thinking…but personally, I don’t really want to have to talk about this subject again as it is not a very nice subject to talk about over a forum…
