    Hmm, not sure I see one unique exception as ‘setting a precedent’, and I’m only repeating what’s already been said. But if you feel that strongly you could always lobby Mr Grey and tell him his choice of piston engines only is wrong !

    And “Last but not Least”…how about a 262 next year!

    Unless Stephen Grey has had a change of heart then as i understand it jets are still a definate no.

    The very shiny ‘Red Bull’ B-25 Mitchell just did a run and break and then landed at Duxford !

    Roads are noticeably much quieter today. There is much more cloud cover overhead at the moment, but this is gradually burning off.

    Its also astonishing the amount of bad luck and in some cases personal tragedy that has befell some of those Tempest projects.

    Well when you consider the singular types that are missing from this years show for various reasons (Tigercat, Hellcat, Saab B-17, P-38, Skyraider, Polikarpov, A26 Invader to name but a few) then i should imagine most would think six of one type is hardly ‘thin’ 😉
