While the planes where up, I got a chance to visit the workshop.
The Beech 18 dominated the place. (also note one of the teams T6 Texan’s which was undergoing maintenance)

Also the Casa Jungmeister was sitting there:

And they departed for their (test)flights:

On Saturday, the planes where flown just to get the dust of for the show on sunday. So they started to put some planes outside for the pre-flights:

Thanks for the kind comments all! I was out swimming yesterday so …
I am glad you could enjoy these and I’m currently working to put my FIO (Cuatro Vientos flying museum) pics from Spain in another tread which I shall post soon.
Cheers,
Stiggy
OMG! Very sad to see this happen!
I’m glad the pilot is OK. I hope it can be rebuilt.

After this overdose of unique planes I rushed my way out of the museum. (it closes around noon!) I know a lot of planes are still stored here and many projects are still awaiting their turn. Look at this:

I simply can’t post a pic of each plane here. This is only a basic impression of this collection. It is deffinatly worth the entranceprice of 0,60€.
More pics about the nearby FIO and it’s flying collection soon.
I also wish to thank the people who gave me the chance to visit Spain!
Greets,
Stieglitz
Last to visit was the chopper collection and I was simply amazed by the things I could see. Simply one of a kind collection in my opinion:

Some more amazing planes at this room where:

I was very happy to see this unique pair of Buchon’s!

And in hanger 3 you could find a long line of biplanes. Some of them are very rare and even sole survivors of their type. A selection:

Then I rushed into Hangar 2. A big collection of engines ans some striped planes dominated the hangar:

Does the B25 have wings of equal length these days?
It looked to be complete Y11fan with both wings attached.
Now the big treasures from Hangar1:

Thanks for sharing.
It’s a great collection. Did you get to FIO on the other side of the airfield?
Go on, show some of the treasures inside the hangars – you know you want to. 😀
I got to the FIO airshow the day after my visit to this museum. I got some very nice pics of that show and shall post them within a few days!
Some more treasures on the way:
From the golden age:

After I got overheated by the sun, I rushed into hangar 1. There, I could find an amazing collection of early aircraft. 😎
Judge for yourself:
