Visotka1!
Lovely work, Zvisotka. Are they steel yokes? They looked rusty. These are new to me, Jetstream, Su-24 and Blackhawk
Having just been looking at a Hastings yoke on, ahem, Facebook, your yoke looks quite Halifax. The mount is common to the Hampden, but the yoke is cast alloy Halifax.
Now that’s a rare pair, Martyn. Very impressive!
Sad but sensible. Hope you’re still taking money through the doors.
A rush of interesting things! Serves me right for not looking for a while. Agree with Wyvernfan on Boston/Havoc. A desirable object, or partial object at least.
Will be there as a seller with the excellent Martyn Steele. Very much looking forward to it.
That is uplifting news! Would love a jumble this year, and as AM suggests, It probably’ won’t be snowing by then.
Excellent work, Visotka1. Good to see see WD40 is international! I’ve had a couple of arrivals from the States, Skyhawk and Blackhawk.
Very nice! The Yanks were very free with their stainless steel. Some bits of WW2 aircraft will last for ever.
Thanks FlyBuy. I was thinking Varsity, as there are cockpit shots with both types fitted, but was far from confident. They are museum examples though, so might not be correct. The old forum thread describing the variations has disappeared. I’m sure you were the main contributor!
Thanks for the heads up, FlyBuy. That B-52 yoke looks good value, although I fortunately have one. The MR4 yoke is nice, but pricey. Attached is recent addition, an attractive yoke from an unattractive aircraft.
That is a very recognisable bit of Spitfire. An excellent find!
Lovely work Visotka, job completed!
That’s a good match, AM. A result. I have an interest in the Allison engine Mustangs, having attended a dig on a bale out example near Stafford as a teenager. Was surprised to find this lump of P-51 at last years War and Peace show for an unusually small amount. If Newark is on, I will be there!
