I have marked Kattegatt With Red.
I can recommend the site Scotavia mentions. its a interesting site but it dosent solve our problem but it do exclude some of the planes.
Its rather strange that there is no report of this plane plunging into the water although it crashed just on the edge of a heavily guarded minefield.
There was even a manned lightship close to the site.
You should also be able to see the crash from the shore.
It makes me wonder if it didnt crash at night or in really poor weather.

I do understand your concern for this being a wargrave.
We are careful not to disturb to much on the site. The things we have picked up were all lying lose on the seabed. We havent digged or pulled anything down there.
I am also so “old fashioned” that i believe that those who lost their life in the war fought for a better world for us to live in. Therefore im trying to do this with some form of respect.
But if you want to find out what plane it is, you have to dive. Catch 22.
But right now i think you guys are our best chance to solve solve this mystery.
The crashsite is located in a area wich were often flown over by shot up planes trying to reach safety at Bulltofta airfield at the town of Malmö.
Allied planes also dropped mines in this area around the Danish,German and Swedish coast. We have found two mineanchors close to the crashsite.
Obviously the red dot is the crashsite.

    Another odd pice

Another odd pice from the bottom of the sea.
    Anyone?
    Its marked B408E14
    14/5895
There is a circle with the letters SD and what looks like a third letter that i cant read.

Winter is approaching so there wont be any more diving on this place untill spring 2012.

    Small pice

When cleaning this pice i found some small markings on it.
it was marked with “579901” and a circle with “R2 118” in it.
It was also marked with “D43”.
Any clues what it means ?
