Three? I thought there was only two, South Mimms and Clackett Lane Where is the third?
Looking at the plans my concern is for road safety. The close proximity of the services to the junction will I feel turn the area into an accident blackspot with people coming on at junction 10 and people trying to get off at the services. We have the same problemon the M27 at Rownhams in both directions due to the close proximity to junction 4 for the M3 and junction 3 for the M271 which are about a mile apart. It is regularly congested and there are frequent accidents.
