She’s all nut-and-bolted together… just awaiting her permit from the chaps at the CAA.
Slipper tanks went on and were tested fine, weight’s all balanced, RAF approval for her decals, etc… so all’s well in the hangar.
Will post her photo the day her wheels leave 26 @ EGHH. π
Thats good news cheers for update π Will she be based at Hurn?

LBA has had the Ryanair DUB route for a very long time, must be about 10 years. I am saying I hope they add routes in the future in my post!
And lets hope they do add more routes from LBA .But the thing is where could Ryanair fly to?

Ryanair have announced that they are to launch several new routes on the 31st of October this year. These are:
London Stansted – Deauville, Pula (Both at three times weekly).
London Luton – Fez (Three times weekly), Marrakech (Four times weekly).
Shannon – Bournemouth, Edinburgh (Both three times weekly).
Cork – Dublin will be increasing to four flights a day, Dublin – Gatwick will be increasing to six flights a day.
Excellent news for all involved! Ryanair seem to be setting about linking Shannon to the UK the same way as DUB. Wonder if we will see the likes of LBA and DSA get Shannon flights? Thats now EMA, MAN, LPL, LTN, STN, LGW, BRS, BOH, EDI, PIK all with Shannon services.
Also interesting that Luton now has links with two Morrocan destinations (Marrakech and Fez), where as Stansted has no flights to the country.
Dont think so some how or not just yet look at BOH it now has five routes with Ryanair now.And for a long time it just had the BOH-DUB route π when did the LBA-DUB Route start? maybe Ryanair might add some more routes from there in the Future sometime.

Do you think they may consider shoreham or lydd in the far future for flights along the southcoast
Have no idea  probly Shoreham.

Just had an exceedingly low 747 on finals into Stansted, so low in fact that on hearing the racket, madam and I looked out the dining room window and just about cr##### ourselves.
Apart from a spitty heading south on saturday, things have been very quiet around here, very unusual summer compared to our normal stream of warbirds.
Yes it is hot, I gather that it’s 30+ here today, I’m usually quite unaffected by the heat but this is wearing me down, big time, problem is, we are forecast a thunderstorm, which I can’t wait for, but my springer spaniel is terrified by them, we had a minor storm on saturday morning and she spent the whole time trying to climb behind the computer, poor old thing, as she is prone to epilepsy, it’s a bit of a worry.
As usual, our Jack Russell only pretends to be frightened as he wants to remain the centre of attention, silly little sod wouldn’t be frightened if he was attacked by 100 Rotties and hezbollah during a hurricane, he’d probably take them all on and win, little git.
What colour was the 747? Just had an Britsh Army Westland SA-341B Gazelle AH1 fly over from Manston I think.

Great news for BOH and Ryanair saw me first Ryanair winglet today :D.
