    Yes, that’s it.
The other example I mentioned was the one which flew an old B747. It was a 200 Series, so had to make extra refuelling stops.
I wish I could remember what it was called.

not Phuket Air is it ??

Any members like to see steam locos?
I was never a train spotter as a kid, but when I moved up here I discovered there was a huge Steam heritage under my nose and I got kind of hooked on em!
Only steam tho, I’m not interested in those modern yellow wasps!! 😉

Heres a few I took recently, frist the Hogwarts Express at York

The Sharp Stewart 1247, as featured in the original Railway Children film apparently!

And this is the Tornado, the first brand new steam loco built for 50 years, and made here in Darlington! (with a boiler from Germany!)

Yeah I am into steam trains 😀 I think the Sharp Stewart 1247 was in the railway children must watch again and have a look for it , i know there was a pannier tank which is still in the same colours now at the KWVR.

though the boiler for tornado was done in german (Cheaper then), Its 100% A1 peppercorn standards

    Thanks James.

I do not believe that they own half or any part of G-BMSB/MJ627.

As far as G-INFO is concerned, Mr Bayliss still owns this aircraft and it is still based at East Kirkby.

    Brian.

Makes you wonder why BBMF have it at the moment then, I have seen pictures of BBMF pilots flying her over RAF Coningsby maybe on a training display flight?

Also interesting was a Merlin owned by Maurice Bayliss was in the hanger, is G-BMSB having a service and do the BBMF engineers look after his engine too?

    Brian.

Is that MJ627? thats was based at east kriby do the BBMF now own half of it

SEMAEJames. I am not sure of the answer to you question. I have not seen the TFC Gladiator fly very much even before the rest of the collectiom was grounded by the CAA.

I just seen a picture of it and it looks like a nice aircraft and livery , I dont know how much its cost to jhave some of TFC at airshows but it must be alot I not seen any of there aircraft at the four airshows I went to this year which is a shame really 🙁

Ok Im losing it buts whats Campaign Against Aviation
Some more nice shots there like the first three 😎
