Didn’t see the programme, but met him at Dux recently and although we weren’t introduced, the totty on his arm would suggest otherwise:)

There are rumors he dating that young model that was in the last series of Top Gear how true or not I don’t know.

I thought it was a brilliant programme though I did not need airfix to know what a hawker hunter is . I dont get Airfix but Corgi aircraft models that are already completed 😀 .Just wondering is that where the Grace spitfire is based now at RAF Bentwaters also where abouts do they keep the airfix spitfire at RAF Cosford?

And one last thing does anyone know what plane James May owns??

Yes the venue is the Bournemouth Flying Club,i obtained the other shots whilst visiting the airport on business.
    Regards 😀

I pop in there for when the red arrows turned up at Bournmouth for the airshow first time there thought it was very good though for someone take pictures you do have the sun,

My guess is that it’s leaving the fleet and being replaced by an -800 model.

Yeah I think you could be right I check jethro.

Not wanting to appear to be fighting TVOC’s corner here, but the RAF manpower was certainly not detached to TVOC for free, the RAF were remunerated. TVOC certainly had a good deal, as it was on a fixed price basis, but don’t be fooled into thinking that it was a ‘free gift’ from the Air Force!!

As goes the wage bill, the Engineers are certainly not on an extravagant wage. Think more mid-upper 20k. Office and hangar support staff, less still. As goes Management, draw your own conclusions….. however, I’m sure that you could find much better value for your money.
