    Nice shots there I was there yesterday I only saw the JP go out and the Sea Fury was in the hanger.

    12 red Hawks also arrived at Hurn a bit later; noisy smoky objects they were!

    12 Reds 😮 asked dad to drive by the airport on are way home from hoilday saw two hawks flying by with smoke before landing they where over at the FRA Area.

    Brilliant shots there martin I see there is 10 Red Arrows did one fly off or did it land? Like the Dutch SAR Griffin and the Hunter what spitfire is that flying with it?

    Brilliant shots there like the Le 410 taking off and I see in Flypast magzine it says about the Yak at Headcorn.

    That is from Boscombe Down, serial XX833 and operated by QinetiQ.

    They did have a GR.3, serial XZ117. I last seen the GR.3 at the Waddington airshow. I don’t know if it is still flying?

    Brilliant shots there like the jag shots. It says on one off those pictures that the airframe is going to be retired.

    Just seen Sally-B off too the Lydd airshow great to see her again:cool: and when coming home from hoilday asked dad to drive by Hurn airport and saw two red arrows landing:D

    So will it stay as ScotAirways and take it its Southampton flights will be stopped? Oh and I hope they keep the Dornier 328’s.

    It was an arranged display for The Guild of Pilots who were having a small event in the grass car parking area.
    It was an excellent 8 minute display plus a couple of good flypasts on departure.
    No I live some miles away, but at Headcorn most weekends.

    Oh right was hoping he jut pop in for a display and when Im down there they do it again:D So do you live Kent? 😎 One other thing is Do you know when the LET 410 goes back? Wanna see it before it does unless its doing the Winter aswel as the Black Beaver is no more:( Maybe there Islander will do winter

    The second ATP into Guernsey is the Mail contract aircraft

    Thats the BOH one with an ATP that replaced an ATR 42 or 72 before them it was with Channel Express Fokker 27’s.

    The Atlantic Airlines Electra operates Mon to Fri Newspapers and Mail in and Mail out eta 0530 and etd 1930 ish day stops in Jersey and nitestops Bournemouth on a Sat it goes down to Guernsey with there papers then returns to Bournemouth on Sat morning and stops there till first thing on Mon unless called in to do something over the weekend.

    I know they use an Atlantic Airlines BAe ATP on the Bournemouth-Guernsey Mail run. plus dont they bring in jersey Flowers aswel.
