RE: Manchester Airport
Hi there new member!
The bmi flights tend to go from T1 – which landside has very good facilities and a lot of cafe’s restaurants – Burger King, Harry Ramsdens, usual cafe type thigs, as well as a good variety of shops. From what i can remember once airside there isn’t much there – just duty free and a cafe – but has very good views if u can manage to convince security to go for a wonder down the pier (i call it Gate 22 pier but don’t kno it’s proper name!) as from their you can also view T2 and the cargo area/FLS hangers. a/c wil be either G-WBBD or WWBM.
RE: Plenty of new routes
I think that was something to do with the fact that they became the largest low-cost carrier operting in germany

RE: As far as I know…
I dont mean to b a spoil sport but Wyswig seems to keep quiet about who he flies for – and there is probably a good reason as such – just trying to keep us all outta trouble ppl as the JMC thing has cropped up quite a bit in the last few days!!

RE: Air NZ finds landing glitch linked to 40 accidents
Very interesting Kab – sorry missed it the other day!!
RE: Another bit of useless information from me!
Sounds realistic to be honest! – i mean the A320 has been operated before by Transair on their behalf, and the 752s are getting on. The Airbus fleet also would offer the fleet commonality for short and long range ops, whereas i believe the B738s were transferred to Sweden because partly of the capacity issue and also due to it not been feasable enuogh to operate 2 a/c in britain.
RE: Airport Challenge.
Quick of the mark there!
RE: We never speak about this one :why?
I like watching then at the charter dest on holiday with Hapag Lloyd
