I would be interested – could u please let me know exactly what sort of corresponding it would entail? – i.e. just reports on airlines or actual set tasks by yourselves.
Wasn’t there an ex RAF Comet that was going to be refurbished and made airworthy that was stored at Bruntingthorpe – i seen to remember something about it in the old Air Action – whatever happened to them they disappeared after about 4 issues!
I’d do that – i started to build an enthusiasts website but lack of co-operating from institutes presented great difficulty on getting accurate infomation, but if this ended up with the airport gaining they could be persuaded to change their minds!!
