Are there any military hospitals left in Germany. I was in BMH Iserlon (excuse spelling) for about 5 weeks after an accident and it also catered for the Canadians but the staff all seemed to be brit’s they even had a maternity ward for the dependants of any NATO FORCES.
The treatment there was superb for ALL patients.:D 😀

A STUPID journo on sky news first asked WHYHAS THE SECURITY LEVEL BEEN UPGRADED ( I did not believe what I was hearing) and then stated that CAR BOMBS WERE A THING OF MODERN TERRORISM ( Has he never heard of ULSTER) ????.

Tom , I have been to EVERY IAT / RIAT since the Greenham Common days but me ( and a LOT ) of people ceased going since 2002 when the prices got VERY HIGH and there was NO airfield (even for the disabled ??) car park.
You would think for the stupid price they charge as least you would NOT have to walk (carrying all your gear) to the airfield:eek: :eek
At least when you go to an RAF :ie Waddo and the likes you pay a reasonable price and are not treated like cattle.

Try the O/Mess at RAF Woodvale , they may be able to help you ??? failing that the ex PRO for Liverpool City Councill (as it was ) was a member of the THUM Squadron and I went to a small reunion where they had a Merlin engined Spit and a riffon engined Spit flying and a photographer from The Liverpool Daily Post and Echo was the to photograph it all so try the Echo??;) 😉
