You see j33nelson the response you get from this side of the pond, is that of a country that has band fox hunting and frowns upon hunting of most types ,even though it puts fellow country men out of work.
You may be very proud of the buck you shot but my advice is not to post your glee,as the reaction is that of disgust as most people live in the real world ,were killing of an innocent animal unless you need to for self defence or survival is necessary.

I can’t speak for all hunters but this deer will be skinned and made into gloves for myself. The head will be mounted and put on a wall because it is my first deer and the meat will be processed and donated to a family that has fell on hard times.

I was in a supermarket last year with Joanne and the boys while in the foyer i noticed the poppy seller had a light brown beret on, on closer inspection i saw the now famous winged dagger on it,its hard not to stare at one of David Sterling’s originals, he must have noticed me as he flashed a wry smile at us and gave the boys a wave as they were both sporting their Poppy’s.

If i’m not mistaken did the sun not run a campaign to stop domestic violence.
Domestic violence swings both ways ,how many men suffer but don’t report it for fear of ridicule or are man enough not to hit back.
On a personal note i feel if I’m hit by a woman or a man, its gloves off and would expect the same if i struck first.
(but I’m a lover not a fighter, plus a bloody fast runner)
