You mean with the smaller singel seat cockpit canopy?

Well i think the lines are equally good(if not better) with the new singel seat large canopy.

Yes … similar to the original MiG-29M or K … but anyway a nice bird and who deems the one more beautiful than another lies always in the eyes of the beholder.

Looks good, most advanced MiG-29 to date:

Impressive bird, but I miss the sleeker lines of the single seater !

According to some reputable and well-known sources, …

Is it really necessary to spice up Your posts with that much of advertisements, bolt and non-bolt parts ?? It’s a mess to read and IMO completely unnecessary:apologetic:.

Is Germany Getting Ready to Build Its Very Own Stealth Fighter?

    http://nationalinterest.org/blog/the-buzz/germany-getting-ready-build-its-very-own-stealth-fighter-19911

Guys … even if I find it very much interesting – albeit highly unlikely – that Germany considers building a stealth fighter, the topic is “Japan & UK” ??? Isn’t it?:highly_amused:

Sounds like a winner to me.

If the US Air Force will decide on the basis of technology and performance the partnership between Northrop Grumman/Raytheon AND Sierra Nevada Corporation/Turkish Aerospace Industries will most definitely win.

SNC/TAI’s Freedom Trainer offers more technology and is able to withstand more G’s than its competitors.

Not sure on what You base Your optimism??? First of all You compare a paper-project under consideration by a team, that so far build NOTHING, not a single flying prototype nor anything comparable on what anyone can project NC/TAI is anyway able to be successful.
Even more the other two contenders both have already two prototypes in the air, both have a vast experience in developing and manufacturing airplanes and by the way … I still miss an official confirmation of that strange joint-venture. By the way given Mr. Erdogan’s latest political Tourette syndrome-like insults against nearly all democratic European states I cannot believe that any on them would agree a cooperation with Airbus’s US Subsidiary.

IMO this project is and will remain a wet-dream like the TF-X too.

…. The PakFa engine is a Turbojet engine. There is a big difference here.

Since when will the T50 use a Turbojet ???

that’s not what you said before.
    revisionism is strong

Again, reading comprehension is not YOUR virtue; isn’t it !?

In this sentence You jsut quoted I agreed Evastun’s quote while You simple omitted to read to whole sentence where I noted, that turquoise too is not a pure green but a green with a shade of blue.

Anyway I know Your inability to properly read and quote from our last conversation on the J-20’s dimensions were You also twisted words, misquoted other posts as mine … so why bother??

If it is so much a fever for You to be correct, then I admit “YES; THE J-20 IS GREEN !”

As if the colour of a Chinese military aircraft is our biggest concern today?

thanks! but unfortunately I hate to burst your bubble but Ripe Olive is dark green.

    the official explanation based on
    http://encycolorpedia.com/474c42

    says

The hexadecimal color code #474c42 is a medium dark shade of green. In the RGB color model #474c42 is comprised of 27.84% red, 29.8% green and 25.88% blue. In the HSL color space #474c42 has a hue of 90 degrees, 7.04% saturation and 27.84% lightness. This color has an approximate wavelength of 563 nm. Sherwin-Williams Ripe Olive – 6209 is a matching paint color.

whatever it is, it is definitely not a pure grey.

Thanks for that scientific explanation; and YES by that standard I have to admit … but like You added in Your last post: whatever it is, it is definitely not a pure grey. 😀

are you saying Olive is also a type of blue!? wow….

technically, Olive is a variant of yellow. but blue.. now you’re really pulling my legs..and my pants. <3

Try it again; I know You can even if a bit difficult, but I said:

IMO olive is OLIVE and not true GREEN in the same way turquoise surely has also a certain content of green, but is more a bluish green than true green.

I even highlighted for You the important part in case You miss it again.

you do realize Olive is a type of green right?

If You would read properly I always admitted that it has a greenish shine in certain lightning conditions but at least by my perception, green is grass, green is the colour of the C919’s tail and YES for sure, olive is a shade of green, IMO olive is OLIVE and not true GREEN in the same way turquoise surely has also a certain content of green, but is more a bluish green than true green.

Maybe we could do some sort of colour check by mentioning the exact wavelength ?
