Just an idea …. for my opinion it looks like only the first no. 5 is photoshoped !

… all the other numbers seem to be real which should be x0150 !

Regarding the rumours that the 44th Fighter Division will be the first active division to receive the J-10A the number would/could then be 40150.

Just a thought further this would indicate the 130th Air Regiment at – maybe – Mengzi !

Does anyone have some comments on that thought ???

I say it’s about time! When they wanted to do it with what is today the F-2, the U.S. said njet. This time it has to be and it has to be a F-15 replacement as well. Banzai!

That ugly JH-7 doesn’t necessarily mean that a plane will look like that.

Note the conical shape of the front of the intakes. Now obviously the intakes can’t possibly be built that way in real life. The intakes are shaped that way to compensate for certain conditions in wind tunnel testing. The same probably goes for the bent nose.

I agree with You …. but are You sure that this is an early JH-7 wind tunnel model …. and if not, what is it then ????
