Well The Photo I’ve Seen Is Its Not Stripped Down At The Moment Just The Engine Are Out

I don’t know why people (mainly in the US) favour ridiculous colour schemes, nose art and identities for their historic aircraft. It’s great that any historic aircraft is flying but when they are ultra rare, I would much prefer to see them in properly researched colour schemes, representing real aircraft.

Didn’t Winston Churchill use this mark of B-24? It would be great to this painted in that scheme for a change.

that true but the ussaf did paint some of there liberators in wierd colours but the tradional paint jobs are nicers then made up ones

with B2 WK163 having been on the circuit for a while, The TT18 that went to Australia and B6 XH568 having previously been on the circuit (what a depressing fate of an a/c) , I think its promising.

Speaking of WK163 maybe the company that own this Canberra might. Give them an engine because they have a few engines

being a total newbie to canberra’s and seeing what a battle it is to keep the Delta Lady in the air, according to you chaps in the know, what chance has the canberra got in terms of the CAA etc etc, and would it be as big a job as the Vulcan , I would love to see another cold war jet in the air again….GOOD LUCK to all involved!!!!:D

well they have th full backing off the caa and the engines have less than 300 hours on them so its looking good at the moment 🙂
