We need something for the nursery as baby has an ETA of 2 weeks, not sure if I could get away with it though.

To be fair some rebuilt warbirds are technically younger than the Tornados. Probably thinks that half the GR9a airframes are just old Kestrels that have bigger wings or something.

There’s at least one gate guardian but being left outside isn’t going to be good in the long term. Didn’t the JHF have around 90 odd on strength at the time of retirement and how many of those were hangar queens?

There were a load of them done up with the old WWII squadron codes (JX) and the wasp on the tail, hope they go to a good home. And as long as Duxford don’t do anything silly and stick theirs right up in the rafters like the GR3.

At times like this winning £160m on the euro lottery would be handy. Still a stupid idea axing them. I fail to see how it is a great deal for anyone other than the yanks.

Don’t know about who’s responsible for the credits but how long before we spot a SG team wandering around in the background? 😀

Yes it has, though not my place to say where etc.

Is that because it’s in your garage and you don’t know how to explain it to the better half if she found out? 😀

Glad it’s safe though, can’t have enough Harriers in this country.

Got it last year when it was first released for £7 in the local supermarket which had an offer, I know there is a new version with photos now.

I enjoyed it, took a slightly different approach to most books of that period and a good writing style that made it easy to read and hard to put down.

Do keep your eye out for a cheap copy though if you can.

I wonder what is wrong with simply accepting that peoples’ tastes vary?

There’s varying tastes and then there are the things that really do take the **** such as this, any photo mag shows how to photoshop out stuff you don’t want, it’s really not hard.

It all went down hill after Duchamp displayed his urinal, that sadly was the point at which the green flag was given to fleece the art connoisseurs with ready mades.
