Don’t think this is the last we will hear of this…..All too easy to pen a stupid note,to be found by crew, the alert HAS to be taken seriously, just in case!!! I hope there isn’t a “boy who cried wolf” case happens, whereby, a cabin crew member may disregard a note of this sort as a hoax, when it is not!!!
IMO, anything of this nature, bomb threats, hijacking, a/c in distress etc… should not be reported by the media, at least not till authenticity has been proved, clearly the muppet who done this on the Aer Arrann flight has seen the RYR story all over TV,Papers,Internet etc… and thought i could do that!!! and there will be more!!
Excellent stuff BFS, that shot of the Jet 2 nose on looks really odd to me, very good capture.
Nice !!! (LiverPOLL eh??)
What XP said….top stuff.
Thanks XP, Straight up the road after LPL, had been on the road since 4am, actually only went to LPL because the M6 matrix signs had the dreaded words “long delays” 😡 when we left MAN so, hung a left onto the M62( to the delight of one of my pax who spots and made about 30 there!!!) stayed for about an hour, before returning to the M6 and home (about 1 am)
excellent stuff, Yip. welcome to the forum.
liking the 125 looks rather smart.
Good shots Iain, nice to see some civil stuff at USAF PIK too 😀 😀 😀
Thanks guys, Yes the SP are smashing looking wee birds, all too rare nowadays 🙁 🙁
“Challenging” is indeed very apt….credit to some great piloting skills in getting them on the deck(without scraped wings)
Thank you, Guys.
Great stuff Kevin. I was away at MAN today, and typically for me an AB A319 shows up at GLA 🙁 🙁 Good work, yours also, Fred.
Excellent stuff,Chris. Never mind the lighting, well worth taking and very good shots indeed, Love the dragonair A330.
Absolutely awesome shots,Phil.
especially love the Kenya 777 😀 😀 😀
Manston:
Airbus use the numbers after the model as engine codes, i.e. “A330” (the model, obviously) “2” the Variant (200/300/500 etc…) “4” the Engine manufacturer (0: General Electric,1: CFM ,2: Pratt&Whitney,3: IAE, 4: Rolls Royce, 6: Engine Alliance) and the final digit is the manufacturers particular engine model, so a -243 is a -200 variant using Rolls royce engine variant 3. Open to correction, as i’m working from a poor memory here 🙂 🙂
Tartan Pics – Darn…. I thought I had air brushed out all the dirty marks and straightend the wheel nuts 🙂
Hehe, see the marks were done by a kid licking the window, after eating a blackcurrant slush puppie…..so you can’t airbrush them, as they are on the inside of the aircraft!!! 😮 😮
Sorry, taken that too far. :p :p
Very good stuff, Kenny.
Dinnae worry about Airliners knocking you back, it was probably rejected because of a dirty mark on one of the pax windows!!!!!, or the wheel nuts on the undercarriage out of sync, or some other very valid reason. :dev2: :dev2: Ooohh bitchy!!! hehe
Good stuff Matt. but can’t see the excitement in Flybe dash 8’s myself :p :p :p
