It is a term of racist abuse in some English-speaking countries including the UK, where this site and its owners are based.

On a broader note, this thread is becoming personal and heated (and one or two individuals may be hearing more about it later).

To be fair to David, I’ve heard a similar story from a source who has been accurate up to now where new services (and reductions to existing services) are concerned.

However, like rdc1000, my policy is to believe it when the wheels touch the concrete .

Sounds a lot like an Iridium flare to me, too.
