You can tell they’re Rollers!!!! 😀

Yes, why do you ask?
I’m still trying to identify a “mystery” B747 that a couple of friends and I saw pass high over our heads on Maundy Thursday.
The rear fuselage was very like the rear fuselage in the new Thai scheme, that’s all.
The quest continues…… 😉

Ahhhh!!! A mystery solved, perhaps.
Do we know when this livery was first applied to a B747?

I know perfectly well what I mean, thank you very much young man. I’m not quite in my dotage yet – although it’s not all that far away.
Did anyone mention you, BTW? Hmm? 😎

I read that this one has been ACQUIRED. I assumed that meant NOT leased. Any comments?
According to the CAA, the registered owners are MyTravel Airways Ltd.
While we’re on the subject of MyTravel – I have it on good authority that B767s G-SJMC and G-DAJC will transfer to Skyservice later this month, which rather dashes the rumour that the airline was about to shed it’s A330 fleet and retain the B767s.
Wishful thinking on someone’s part, perhaps? 😉

A perusal of this table, together with this one – both from Boeing’s own website – tells a rather different story.
However you look at it, the numbers simply don’t add up to the figures quoted earlier by rdc1000!
