But surely it’s possible to be saddened by the death of a person of obvious moral and personal integrity even if one does not agree with their beliefs or philosophy?
“Hypocrisy” is too strong a word. I am no Christian, let alone a Roman Catholic, yet I feel that the world is a poorer place this evening.
No doubt there are Moslems, Jews, Buddhists and even atheists all around the world who feel much the same way as I do at this moment.
