I thoroughly recommend it.

Now, the next thing you all need is a copy of Adobe Photoshop Elements 3.0 😉
Unless you’re Sandy, in which case you’ve already got the full all-singing all-dancing version of Photoshop. :p

Say it isn’t so!!!! 😮
Mind you, I could believe the bit about the Butlins House Band. 😉
A much improved performance, granted, but hardly “on top of the world”.
An airline that’s on top of the world would normally be expanding it’s business and network, not contracting and retrenching in the way that BA still is.
Try looking a bit further afield than the Heathrow operation and you’ll see what we mean, mate. 🙂

I remember seeing an empty Transavia B707 take off like that once at Ringway. The noise! The smoke!
Scared the living daylights out of me……it was great! :D:D:D

Go back and read the posts again. I deliberately and consciously made the distinction between “German” and “Nazi”.
Ironically the German military Governor of Belgium, General Alexander von Falkenhausen, actively obstructed the worst excesses of the Final Solution in Belgium.
It is estimated that 90,000 Belgian Jews survived the occupation.
Von Falkenhausen himself was in a concentration camp by the time that Belgium was liberated in 1944.
SS-Obersturmbannfuehrer Leon Degrelle, however, was rather more than what you say he was. As leader of the avowedly Fascist and openly anti-semitic Rexist party he actively and eagerly collaborated with the Nazi occupation of Belgium and raised recruits for the Wiking Division of the Waffen SS.
Hitler said of him “If I should have a son I would like him to be like Leon.” Some recommendation!
I can only wonder at why you seek to spread the blame for the Nazi atrocities in the way that you do.
Hitler’s intentions were clear as far back as the days of the Munich bierkellers.
Yes, but only the Nazis built a a complex and wide ranging infrastructure for the sole and specific purpose of expoliting and killing the “racially inferior”, didn’t they?
Most people would agree that marks them out from the general groundswell of pre-war European anti-semitism (Leon Degrelle, anyone?).
People tend to blame the Nazis for the Holocaust – because they were to blame for it!!!
Ah the good ol’ planes with character
Ahhhhh – you must be as – ahem – “mature” as I am, then! 😀

Errrr….far from being grounded, didn’t the F104G remain in service despite the series of fatal accidents that earned it the nickname “Widowmaker”?
I’d say it was a pretty poor example from your point of view, seahawk. 🙂
