Regarding reference to “CAD Guy Gunnar” : I am researching existing Anson Mid-Upper Gun Turret Dimensioned Line Drawings (A.W.11) to facilitate fabrication of Vac-Form Tooling to produce clear Rhodoid Panel portion of the Cloche/Cupola in two symmetrical vertical halves about the Centre Line of the Gun Slot. My reason for this project is to complete my fathers 1/12th scale RC model of an (RAF MCS) Air Sea Rescue 68ft (Hants & Dorset) High Speed Launch which utilized (A.W.77) navalised versions of the Anson Turret. I located photos of two Anson Turrets at Newark Air Museum via Net Surfing but have not as yet located detailed dimensioned technical drawings for either turret. Is it possible that technical drawings for either turret already exist, or, that someone might be able to provide a detailed sketch with dimensions ? I attach a photo my father took towards the end of WWII, his model hand built to John Pritchard plans, & others provided by previous research contacts.
