    Isn’t the HHA Bucc kept in an airworthy condition? It’s just the company won’t fly the aircraft without a contract.

    The Canberra and Gannet are on my list too. Perhaps slightly less realistically I’d love to see a Shack in the air.

    Two French Air Force Alpha Jets went in to Northolt yesterday 🙂

    Waddington 2008 – first post restoration public display and it flew a pass of the station with PA474. I’m still using a photo of that as the background on my laptop.

    That would probably be my pick too. The atmosphere across the airfield was electric, everyone standing up in silence (aside from the applause!) paying attention to nothing apart from 558.

    Although the display at Clacton this year was amazing. Standing at the end of the pier and the aircraft performing a wingover very close…

    Has the Varsity arrived from Duxford yet?

    The black Canberra has disapeared into the hanger this week,. I believe with the intention of getting it flying again but not for a while.

    That’s a good sign. I believe an engine is on it’s way from the States at the moment.
