RiverOak makes new application.
Hi, Rich, very many congratulations on your Scarborough undertaking. We are in year 42 and wish you as many, and more.
When you were not at the night run I was concerned that something was wrong and then I saw Dawn had stepped down and started thinking the worst along health lines. Did some digging and was somewhat relieved to see things seemed to be OK with your carpentry skills being put to good use!!
Never dreamt it would be something like this.
Very sorry to see you go this way and would like to thank you for your commitment and efforts on the project and your regular and interesting updates on this thread.
As others have rightly said you will be missed and, whilst I am not aware of what exactly has happened, you are one hundred percent right in your paragraph about “transparency”. My view is the more open, transparent and informative you are the more likely you will be able to raise funds. It works for me anyway.
Lin and I wish you and your family all the very best for the future.

Manston Business Park at the north west corner of the original site has not been fully occupied although I do not know how long this site has been available.
Hi Charlie, hope you are well, I have not been around for a few weeks.
Thanks for the update and there were several other links within it which I hadn’t seen. I’ve signed up for news letters now!
Thanks for that JDH. Certainly all makes sense but presumably if an accredited museum goes into receivership then the receiver will dispose of items as he sees fit?
The best outcome in this case would be for MOSI to give the item to Newark as they have the connection, assuming Newark want it that is. Always more things to consider than at first appears to the layman.
Hmmm that does sort of imply that Fords are great and anything else is a bit of a …. second runner.:D But, hey, maybe I just do not like Fords.
My first car was a 948 Herald converted to a 1200 sold to me, Exchange and Mart, with the battery in the wrong way round!!!!! Took me a little while to work out why the battery kept going flat!!

What dogs that then?:D My dad had a dog of a car the Mk2 Cortina I hated it.
Might I suggest “Cars I have Known”.

Yes I remember the Professionals but it hasn’t withstood the test of time unlike another famous Capri driver, Del Boy with which the car is now forever associated!!.:D
