I should clarify. I don’t feel the need for constant updates TBH

I am sure everybody is happy it flew

OK Just thought that people on the flight path and around Coventry might like to know and I was on the spot. If the problem had been more serious she may well not have flown again. Wont bother again if it upsets you so much that you felt the need to comment. Mind you if you didn’t like the thread why bother looking at it at all?

The commentator at Coventry today has been excellent. As Vulcan approached he said he would be quiet for the whole display. He received a round of applause from the crowd! !! See many do think the same.

Today we had no music and only informative commentary and it was pure heaven. Haven’t come across a pleb or misbehaved child all day. No noisy neighbours that is apart from the Nimrod APC. But they even came and took that away when the Meteor wouldn’t battery start. Great day.

The commentator was EXCELLENT. As the Vulcan approached he said he would be silent for the whole display. He received a spontaneous round of applause from the crowd. !!! Good for him.

Beautiful display as usual by the Meteor and Venom.

Just wiping a tear from my eye as the Vulcan disappears into the Blue yonder. Beautiful display and noise, did not catch the howl in my position. This will probably be the last time I will see 558 bit of a lump in throat.

The Meteor and Venom will NOT be displaying in formation with Vulcan as had been rumoured.

There has been a large move round on the static side sInce the first airshow. The live hanger has been emptied for lunchion tables and the Twin pin is outside.
