How tall are you going to build your wall?

Will we need passports to enter your kingdom?

    Could we deport David Coulthard?

No 1 we dont need a wall. It was the Romans who built one to keep us out. 🙂

No 2 Hmmmm No Passports I dont think causes too much hassle. You can place machine gun towers far cheaper than you can process passports so maybe that is the way forward.

No 3 If you like we really dont mind but doesnt he live in Monaco?

And as for Empires thats when Britain really was Great. When she had a sense of pride in their Empire. Misguided or not in taking part of the Empire over it was a very good time for this country. It only started to fall apart when we started to give it back.

Here was I thinking this was the start of a good old Tornado.

Not quite formed yet and only does any damage if it touches down.

Spectacular to see one with your own eyes.

And one other thing for you Paul. I certainly am not trying to drag the name of anyone through the mud. Dont make that mistake in assuming that I am.

    No Paul,

I did not see this happen first hand as I am too young to have taken part in the conflict but I did hear of it first hand from an NCO that I was being trained by. As I said other than that I will not comment further.

Oh and one more thing I know this was true while we were told this because he was very open and honest about what his troops were getting themselves into. That and we were shown the photographs. Images no worse than what you would see on TV today but images of the dead bodies anyhow.

Is that enough of a put up for you Paul?

Saying anything else would have to name names and troops and I wont go that far.

Trust me paul I tell no lies. It did happen.

It is a little publicised fact that paratroops generally are unable to take prisoners. This applied for both sides in WW2.

Surrendering to a Fallschirmjäger or Red Beret was not a recipe for a long and happy life.

    Moggy

This may surprise some of you but I know of at least 1 case of this personally that happened during the Falklands.

I will not comment futher than just to say an enemy soldier was shot by a British Para having given himself up.

    They did not take prisoners.

    Thanks for the support guys.

Waghorn I am really looking forward to seeing her finished too. Will be glad to get the paint on.

Blue to be fair I only really started back into doing models a few months ago and it has taken from october to get her this far. I believe slow and steady is the way forward to me and also as and when I want to pick her up too.

Critter yeah me too I really wish she was finished by now she should have been but life takes over sometimes. This next week all being well she should be finished.

Thanks. I do my best. Not up to a lot of peoples standard but I have fun with it and am not too serious about it all. If I mess it up its only anoth £3.99 or whatever to have another go at it.

As for the models section that what I am trying to do. Trying to get more use out of this section of the forum. Far too much under useage on this part of the forum.

Been a while since my last Hunter update so here are a few shots.

Underside ready for painting having been filled and sanded to the best of my abilities.

Next we have the canopy and front end. Canopy fixed with Kristal Clear. Something I wish I had years ago when glueing canopies.

Finally an over all shot. All I have to fix in are the wheels, pitot, aerial and external stores and then we will have one complete model ready for decals. I am going to fit these parts after painting.

Looks pretty neat so far I think. Obviously could be way better but I am getting there.

And that is problem with selective quoting (as I’ve done)

Simply complying with forum protocol regarding quotes.

Cant justify quoting a complete post when I am only talking about one part of it. The other parts of your posts I either agree with or could really care less about. So why would I want to repost it.

As for society thats everything that is wrong with modern society were are far too tolerant these days on far too many ways. But that doesnt mean I want to go off and kill lots of people does it.

Aah, but surely YOU are society?
Just as a Church is the people not the building.

Yes I am in Scottish or British society but not HIS society as in French society. That is what I typed in my reply.

I typed HIS SOCIETY as in French and that is what I meant.

No a Church is a building it is where the Church congregation come to meet.

I believe the church have orders to which they belong depending on your faith.
