Hope you are right, Anna, but nothing so far from the Vulcanite poised at Lyneham with camcorder and text, nor from their twitter………

Oh, well – each to his own, eh? I think they are overmanaged and overpaid with too many channels and set far too much store by ratings. They should concentrate on quality – you can tune in elsewhere for rubbish.

We have gone way off thread now, suffice to say that I enjoyed the Channel 4 BoB programme about 303 Squadron, which is where all this started.

But the Beeb could do that very well on half the money, Pagen. That’s the crux of the matter, surely. Yes it is great – sometimes, but often it is c**p, and it shouldn’t be.

Well it’s obviously not that “northern drivers are rubbish” – just because the road is in the North it doesn’t follow that the drivers who cause the accidents to create the statistc are from the North.

It is probably that the terrain and lie of the road encourages appalling and irresponsible driving.

And another who agrees. And, as a rank amateur, I really enjoyed the way you adjusted the focus? to achieve sharpness and softness over varying depths of field…..I’m hope you know what I mean.
