You have mentioned one of my comedy heroes, whose breadth of talent was never appreciated as much as it deserved to be. But perhaps I am prejudiced as I knew him well and enjoyed attending recordings of many of his various shows. But a TSR3 sketch I do not recall, although there may well have been one. It is certainly just the sort of thing that would have appealed to him.

That was the first version I saw so, for me, it loses something without it.

Watched Brian Cox last night and had seen Iain Stewart previously and had the same thought as Bob. Although I also had the thought on both occasions that several thousand people had the same altitude experience flying in Concorde.
They make a TSR.2!? I’m jealous!! I wouldn’t mind collecting the V-bombers. That would be a nice quartet right there.
I’ve seen it on various websites for about £80.00. I just picked up a 1/144 USCG B17 for a tenner. I have to look for bargains these days!
Divisive legislation is never good legislation. Obama has devoted too much of his valuable time to this, at the expense of other, arguably more important matters, because it he had forced himself into a position from which he could never withdraw without losing face. Democrats have had to be cajoled and bribed to pass it, so that there will remain a strong simmering resentment amongst large numbers of Americans.

I am not a photographer – amateur or professional – but surely whether the photo is taken for pleasure or for gain makes no difference. It doesn’t matter what the collections of photos are called, they are still the copyright ownership of the photographer.
Daz, whatever else, there’s certainly one thing you and Flygirl have in common. Miaow!:D

If that upset you so much why are you smiling? Just the thought of one savage maiming another, I suppose……..Ah, well, whatever’s your bag.:(

I think this is a fairly balanced overview. I can really understand the sensitivity of “artistes” who, often and easily see their work reproduced without remuneration. The laws exist to support them but are often flouted with impunity.
It is very cavalier to denegrate these peoples’ work, however insignificant it might seem, and diminishes those who do dismiss it.
Lucky devil! Mine too, but many, many years ago…..;)
